More than 30 days before the tour start date: You will receive a full refund, minus any applicable booking fees.
Between 15 and 30 days before the tour start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.
Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of your tour price. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.
3. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to make any changes to your booking (e.g., changing the dates, upgrading accommodation, etc.), please contact us at least 15 days prior to the tour start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Refunds are subject to applicable bank or payment processing fees, which may be deducted from the refunded amount.
